HRB is a modern Hand Roll Bar inspired by Japanese traditions, techniques, and flavors.
We are looking for new members to join our talented team. Currently, we are interested in responsible, friendly candidates for our Westfield Century City Mall location.
Servers, Hostesses, Bussers, Sushi Chefs, and Dishwashers.
Front of house requirements:
A team player with strong communication/multitasking skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude toward guests. A minimum of one year experience working in a restaurant. Open availability to work weekends and holidays.
Benefits:
Hiring wage is $16-$18 per hour, plus a gratuity.
Training will be provided case by case scenario.
Back of house requirements:
Prep Chefs – a minimum of 6 months experience
Sushi Chefs – a minimum of one year experience
Dishwashers no previous experience required
Open availability to work weekends and holidays. Proficient English a plus but not required.
Benefits:
Dishwasher and Prep-Chef wage starts at $16 per hour, plus gratuity.
Sushi Chef wage starts at $17 per hour, plus gratuity.
