Primary Responsibility / Summary Performs a full range of custodial services at Company facilities Essential Duties & Responsibilities 1. Performs daily cleaning tasks as assigned, including floor stripping and waxing, window washing, pressure washing and restroom cleaning. 2. Maintains clean and sanitary conditions throughout. 3. Maintains custodial equipment and supplies in neat, orderly condition. 4. Interacts cooperatively with Goodwill staff and customers. 5. Immediately advises supervisor when Goodwill staff members direct changes in contract requirements. 6. Other duties and special projects as assigned. Other Qualifications • Shift flexibility and overtime when needed. • Ability to work with minimal supervision. • Punctual and dependable attendance. • Free from alcohol and drug abuse. • Understands the basic philosophy of Goodwill and participates fully in carrying out its mission. • Adheres to Goodwill’s values of Respect, Integrity, Service, & Excellence.
