Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS) is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 4)to join our team within M& Q Digital Transformationas a Product Manager in Everett, WA.

This exciting opportunity will provide functional leadership in driving business and digital transformation requirements for the production system through development of the Enterprise Manufacturing Operations Management (EMOM) System.

Key aspects of this work include representation of Manufacturing and Operations functions in the Digital Transformation of the One Boeing Production System, leadership with the development of Enterprise Manufacturing and Operations Management solutions to drive alignment of system capabilities to business processes, and partnership with Information Technology to enable Digital Enterprise to implement solutions that solve business problems.The successful candidate is experienced in leading the cultural change necessary to enhance business processes through appropriate technology insertion and will provide leadership to realize incremental improvements both to the production system as well as internal organizational processes.

Security Clearance: This position requires the ability to obtain U.S.

Security Clearance, for which the U.S.

Government requires U.S.

Citizenship.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor Degree10+ years of experience developing and implementing process improvement & corrective action initiatives in a manufacturing/military environment.5+ years of experience developing project execution plans, schedules and budgets.10+ years of experience developing solutions to a wide range of complex technical problems, requiring ingenuity and innovation.5+ years of experience interfacing with & presenting to senior and executive leadership.10+ Experience in a Manufacturing Operations / military environment.

Preferred Qualifications:One BPS experienceIntegrated airplane systems knowledgeExperience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.G.

Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.G.

Master+8 years’ related work experience, 14 years’ related work experience, etc.).
