The Role You’ll PlayAre you a dedicated IT professional who enjoys working directly with people in your organization to work through challenges and solve IT-related problems?

As the Level Two Help Desk Technician, your day-to-day efforts will directly impact the productivity of this global manufacturing company.

In this role, you would work from the corporate headquarters and report directly to the Executive Director of IT.

You’ll receive support requests that are elevated from Level One, and either address them yourself or elevate them to Level Three as needed.
