Managing multiple attorneys’ calendars
Handling general administrative responsibilities such as mailings and filings
Coordinating court hearings, medical evaluations, depositions, and other activities as needed
Resolving scheduling conflicts
Serving notice of all appearances
Regularly reviewing court calendar for upcoming hearings
Preparing and sending invoices
Maintaining deadlines
Requirements
1 year of law firm experience preferred
Knowledge of workers’ compensation law.
Strong organizational skills, including prioritizing workflow and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service orientation
Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with MerusCase or similar case management software is preferred.
