Job Description AllCare Plus Pharmacy is seeking a Full-Time / Warehouse Operations Coordinator SIGN ON BONUS $2500 paid upon completion of 6 months of employment.
Reports To: Logistics Manager/ Pharmacist in Charge Position Summary: A Logistics Staff is responsible for the daily processing of incoming and outgoing package shipments and assisting the Logistics Manager in performing quality assurance (QA) of prepared shipments of medications to ensure compliance with product specific policies and procedures.
This role plays a critical part in proving patients and providers access to medications needed and ensuring the highest of standards are met in the QA process.
This employee will be a member of the logistics team in collaboration with the pharmacy department.

Primary Responsibilities: 1.
Utilize competently the required software platforms to include
· UPS WorldShip
· FEDEX Insight
· QS/1 PrimeCare
· Meter Machine Operating System 2.
Full competency in knowledge base of the shipping requirements of the products serviced by AllCare Plus (pack out, pack out supplies, shipping service level requirements, welcome kits, etc.) 3.
Perform all steps of package preparation for daily order shipments to include:
· Label processing under the correct account, level of service and ship to information
· Packaging of all medication shipments following the approved pack-outs specific to the product type (Ambient and Cold Chain).
· Ensure proper documents are added to the package per the SOP’s of that product type
· Quality Assurance of the final packed shipments to ensure consistency with packaging requirements.

Electronic documentation of shipped items within the pharmacy operating system 5.
Assist with the processing of daily program letters for printing, folding, stamping and sealing to ship 6.
Assist with the inventory management and reordering of packing supplies as assigned by the Logistics Manager 7.
Assist with receiving of shipments into the AllCare Plus building and loading dock when needed 8.
Effective use of time to ensure outgoing mail is ready prior to scheduled daily pick up 9.
Must have the ability to alternate sitting and standing, as well as lifting, twisting, bending, reaching up to 20 pounds of product, and frequent pinching and grasping with or without reasonable accommodation.

High School Diploma or equivalent 2.
3-5 years experience in logistics and shipping 3.
Prior experience in related functions of quality assurance 4.
Strong analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude 5.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and various shipping software programs 6.
Strong attention to detail 7.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications: 1.
Experience in healthcare 2.
