ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Receives and ships packages utilizing: UPS, DHL, FedEx, and other carriers as needed.Assists in the loading of ICEE delivery trucks ensuring that they are equipped with ICEE product, current promotional stock, and POS (Point of Sale).Maintains organization of POS for the Route Sales team.Boxes and palletizes product, and equipment for shipment.Pulls orders for distributor pick up.Maintains daily and weekly inventory logs.Maintains a clean and organized work area and ensures the general upkeep of warehouse/office facility.Fills-in for Route Sales Drivers as needed. See Route Sales Driver description for detailed requirements.Performs assigned general warehouse duties including but not limited to cleaning, maintaining restrooms, organizing, rotating product, shipping and receiving of equipment, parts, and product.Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.COMPETENCIES: To perform this job successfully, the Warehouse Driver must be self-motivated and have the ability to stay on task with minimal to no supervision. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.Must be able to successfully maintain customer relations, interpersonal relationships, team relations, and service.Excellent organization and time management skills.Must be a self-starter and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.Great oral and written communication skills. Must be comfortable performing basic mathematical functions as well.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent.Must be at least 21 years of age due to DOT requirements.Preferred two (2) years customer service and/or warehouse experience.Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.Ability to lift 55 lbs. or more on a regular basis.
