Vendor Direct Solutions LLC: Facilities Clerk (Law Firm) 1040

Vendor Direct Solutions, LLC (VDS), an industry leader in providing on-site and technology solutions for law firms and other professional service providers, is seeking someone with experience in facilities operations, vendor relations, and hospitality.

Ideal candidates must be organized, have a strong sense of prioritization, ability to multi-task and have exceptional customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities:Assist our facilities and operations manager with their daily tasks.Consistent attendance and punctuality is required.Move, store, set up office furniture when needed.Service kitchen and break areas.

Disinfect commonly touched surfaces.Conference room set ups, food catering, kitchen inventory/upkeep.Load printers with paper and toner as needed.

Clear paper jams and inform technicians of specific problems.Maintain records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed.Distribute office supplies, mail, faxes, etc.

to firm personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required.Order hospitality and copier supplies.Backup mailroom/copy center as needed.Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:Knowledge of general office facility maintenance.Acquainted with reprographics equipment, including models for color and black & white copies.Understanding of postal equipment, including standard shipping software.Experience with video conferencing equipment, teleconferencing equipment, projectors, and wireless microphones.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Keyboarding and Windows PC skills.Superior customer service skills.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.Must be able to push, pull, bend, twist, and work standing up for long periods of time.

Education:High school diploma or equivalent required.1 years of related experience in the office services legal environment.
