We are looking for a professional and hard-working individual to join our team who would be the point of contact for questions, issues or concerns with dealership staff and our customers pertaining to titles.
This person should have a knowledge of titles with the ability to process titles as needed.
Additionally, they should have experience and understand the importance of customer service and satisfactory and timely resolution.
Responsibilities include: Enter purchased vehicles into inventory Handling incoming titles and any related issues via email, text, phone calls.
Ensure that all title issues are handled to completion, or the relevant department or person has been alerted to assist.
Process vehicle titles from multiple states and check for accuracy and marketability.
Assist in fixing title issues by contacting the relevant agency, customer or lienholder.
Assist in making sure titles are sent to buying dealers.
Accurately record and file completed vehicle sales and liens with respective State(s) Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
Previous experience working in vehicle title processing is required.
Additional experience working in customer service relates roles is preferred.
The candidate must have strong communication, customer service, attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to troubleshoot, resolve issues and identify successful outcomes appropriately Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, or the equivalent, is expected and familiarity with additional software programs is valued.
