A high school diploma or GED equivalent.At least 1 year of previous clerical experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with office equipment, including copiers, scanners, and computers.Strong organizational skills and a high attention to details.Experience in office work and customer service.Answer incoming calls, and direct clients to the appropriate department or staff member who can assist them with their inquiries.Maintain the organization of both electronic and physical filing systems within the office, and retrieve files as needed.Greet all incoming clients in a friendly, positive manner.Engage in general office work, including faxing, filing, copying, and scanning.
