Sr. UX Researcher

We are looking for a a Senior User Researcher to help define and drive the future of our products and in doing so transform the healthcare experience for all.

You will reveal what our users need from our products by conducting research, working with cross-functional teams as a partner and consultant, and evangelize design thinking best practices across the company.

How you will contribute:

  • Conduct primary and secondary user research.
  • Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Perform market and ethnographic research
  • Perform benchmark and ad hoc usability studies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research opportunities
  • Coach and mentor the cross functional teams on research best practices
  • Help plan and facilitate design sprints across the organization
  • Own personas across the organization ensuring they are accurate and up to date on current user needs
  • Own design thinking evangelization and education across the organization

About you:

  • 5+ years of user research experience
  • Ability to quickly and effectively share research results
  • Ability to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions
  • Experience with remote testing tools
  • Experience facilitating design sprints a plus 
  • Strong command of design thinking tools and techniques
  • Bachelor’s or MS in a human behavior related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience)
  • Entrepreneurial with unrelenting drive to succeed and win, sense of urgency, and passion for the work
  • Must be innately customer oriented and connect with our purpose of helping independent practices
  • All-around good teammate who is cooperative, approachable, and dedicated to helping others succeed
  • Proven ability to think creatively and drive innovation in the market and within our company
