Sr. Typist Clerk Enter application(s) data in CRM database. Review and process the application(s) for completeness, accuracy and validity. File and pull the application(s), as instructed. Interact with the public at the front counter and over the phone. Proficiency using MS Office and database. Strong clerical and organizational skills, good communication skills to provide effective customer service, and ability to multitask. Able to lift files or boxes of up to 15 lbs.
