We depend on creative, responsible, hardworking individuals like you to operate our business successfully!Shift: 2nd shiftSalary: $18.00 – $20.00Sign On Bonus: $1500Principal Accountabilities:* Operates industrial truck/forklift to assist in loading trucks, unloading finished product from trucks, or moving materials and products in the warehouse, in a timely manner.* Locate materials in the warehouse computer systems for loading purposes.* Check in drivers, print various paperwork, communicate with loaders, scheduler, traffic coordinator, Customer Service Representatives, and supervisions.* Maintain SAP, MII computer systems proactively resolve issues as needed.* Coordinate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, track short shipments, cycle counting, and maintain the hold area.* Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations.* Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.* Other duties as assigned.Required qualifications:* Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer* Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility* Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation* Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)* Basic use of a computer and being able to enter and retrieve data* Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice* Able to work in elevated areas.* Previous Experience operating a forklift* Prior experience in shipping rolesPreferred:* 6 months of experience in production related work* High School diploma or Equivalent* Able to perform physical job duties including work in confined spaces, climbing ladders, and open/close valves.* Able to work under special conditions, such as extreme heat or cold.* Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).* Working knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel and WordUS Covid-19 Vaccination Update: Cargill highly encourages vaccinations but does not mandate at this time.
