Job Summary Job Summary The School Clerk courteously and efficiently gives accurate information to callers and public; receives guests and visitors, and answers telephones. Key Responsibilities Guest & Visitor Support • Greets the public, guests and directs to proper destinations. • Receives calls and inquires, provides information, makes proper referrals. School Operations Manager Support • Provide support to the School Operations Manager with the student enrollment process. • Provide support to the School Operations Manager with daily and weekly student attendance reports. • Provide support to the School Operations Manager with the Food and Nutrition Program. Office Management • Processes incoming and outgoing mail. • Prepares and maintains files. • Photocopy correspondence, memos, reports, etc. • Maintains adequate office supplies. Student Support • Provide first aid assistance as needed to the students. • Performs other duties as assigned.
