Researcher III

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Researcher III

Responsibilities

Identify and execute studies from beginning to end

Own relationships with Product Marketing Managers, meeting with them regularly to understand business goals to prioritize and run research studies

Write questionnaires, program surveys, monitor sample, clean responses, analyze results, and develop insights in compelling decks

Execute qualitative studies in person and virtually by running online communities, and working with vendors or internal researchers to moderate focus groups and IDIs

Develop business-relevant conclusions from studies and effectively communicate them to director-level audiences

Manage multiple stakeholders and projects at the same time

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

4-10 years experience at a market research firm or within a market research role within a company, in a role executing qualitative and quantitative research

Experience managing internal stakeholders and research vendors

Industry experience in consumers electronics and or telecommunications, with a preference for mobile

Desired

Experience working with consumer hardware / technology, particularly mobile devices (e.g. phones, hearable devices, wearable devices)

Effective cross-functional team work attitude, including project management skills, multi-country projects

Ability to program surveys using programs such as Decipher, Qualtrics, Sawtooth, etc
