The Research Specialist will successfully and accurately perform various electronic data searches including, but not limited to, online criminal court searches, civil court searches, sexual offender searches, and government exclusion, sanction and debarment searches.

This is a full-time position and is Work From Home Flexible. If located near a Frasco regional office, you have the option to work from the office.


Responsibilities:

  • Work in a database environment, navigating between multiple screens quickly and efficiently
  • Perform various electronic records searches
  • Analyze information and compare data sets to confirm matching identifiers
  • Summarize results, highlighting derogatory findings
  • Enter findings into database with high level of accuracy
  • Follow policies and procedures consistently and accurately
  • Complete all work in compliance with local, state and federal laws and rules
  • Communicate with various government agencies via phone, email, fax and mail to obtain information as needed
  • Communicate with and assist internal staff in a professional and timely manner
  • Additional tasks and/or projects as assigned by manager
  • Embody the corporate core values

. Requirements:

Skills/Knowledge:

  • High School diploma (or GED) is required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish helpful but not required
  • Possess ability to communicate ideas effectively and professionally
  • Strong organizational, time management & prioritization skills
  • Type minimum 60 wpm, Data Entry minimum 8,000 KPH (zero errors)
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Careful attention and commitment to accuracy and detail
  • A strong understanding of confidentiality and diplomacy
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player


Benefits:

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. This is a Full-Time Hourly / Non-Exempt Position.
