Research Associate (This is not a remote position) Cover Letter Required

The research associate will assist with data, research, and evaluation activities for Children’s Trust. Key responsibilities include supporting the agency’s efforts to make data-driven decisions; engage in research activities to impact programs, practice, and policies; and ensure programs are meeting fidelity standards, achieving outcomes, and impacting the agency’s mission. The research associate will report directly to and carry forward the tasks and initiatives as outlined by the senior director of community impact.

 

Qualifications

 

Have a master’s degree in related field such as public health, community psychology, social work, etc. Doctoral level graduate program student is preferred.

 

Experience working with data, research, and/or evaluation.

 

Experience with Microsoft Office and data analysis software packages (i.e., SPSS, SAS, or Stata).

 

Strong foundational knowledge of health promotion and primary prevention.

Salary Range

 

$ 43,349 – $60,689

 

Hiring Range
