Receiving Clerk will provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative support service to Warehouse team and provide assistance to the Warehouse Supervisor.Essential Job Functions* Print and distribute daily load schedules.* Manage S/O’s scheduling based off production plan.* Report daily shortages & communicate arrangements in a timely manner.* Schedule inbound TL appointments.* Receive inbound common carrier packages and accurately reconcile against the Packing Slip and Purchase Order utilizes E1 system.* Reconcile and close all Production work orders accurately and timely.* Verify all shipping paperwork is accurately done by loaders and coordinate through the order close process in E1 &internal scanning.* Complete daily Housekeeping duties and keep Department Housekeeping forms updated.* Adhere to all company rules and policies.* Be a collaborative and efficient team member. Recommend solutions and be a part of trouble shooting.* Close month end reports in a timely manner.* Review Open PO reports and confirm with Purchasing.* Review Negative inventory balances and trouble shoot the errors.* Maintain an organized work space.* Other assignments as assigned.Qualifications* At least 2 years experience in Receiving within Manufacturing environment or related field a plus* Experience in Consumer Package Goods (CPG) preferred* High school diploma or equivalent.* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work load* Experience working with inventory software preferred (JD Edward, SAP)* Ability to work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment* Strong communication skills at all levels* Must be able to work overtime, various shifts and holidays when needed* Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., carry, stand, climb, bend, squat, and walk safely as necessary.* Must be able to work in hot, humid, and cold environment. Must be able to work with liquid chlorine and ammonia fumes.* Certified to operate a Forklift preferred* Good understanding of Production scheduling, LTL shipments, Bill of lading, and PO processing.* Must be proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
