menu specifications, production reports, diagrams).
The qualified candidate provides production and packing reports to operations; assists the Production Control Manager with projects as assigned; interacts with all levels of management and operations.More specifically, main duties include:Input meal ordering, counts/up counts, flight information, and revisions.Input and update operations support documentation generated from customized and proprietary systems such as CBASE, AIRVISION.Assists other departments as needed (i.e.
Billing, Dispatch).Generates diagrams and reports in various programs.Prints required paperwork and labels.Responsible for creating reports as needed.Responsible for the updating of menu specifications/photos/scheduling information.Performs other clerical duties as assigned by the Department Manager.Required Skills & Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent.3-5 years of clerical experience in an office environment.High attention to detail and proficiency in data entry.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.Ability to work with minimum supervision.Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with large groups and attend to multiple tasks.Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish).Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.We offer attractive compensation and benefits package based on experience and qualifications.
