GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

This position reports directly to BiasSyncs Chief Learning Officer (CLO), and will support BiasSyncs research and development, informing the science behind our approach in mitigating bias.

The Postdoctoral Fellow has experience with quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methodology research; particularly as it relates to the mitigation of bias and/or inclusive practices.

Additionally, the Postdoctoral Fellow has an emerging track record of publications and holds a terminal degree in the social sciences.

This role will support the advancement of BiasSyncs solution in the execution of research, writing, project management, and engage with key personnel as necessary.

Occasional travel and working non-standard hours are expected and will support other organizational priorities as defined by the CLO.

Responsibilities and Duties
Conducts internal and external research used to leverage BiasSync solution Presents research to advance the overall BiasSync solution in the form of articles, guides, and books Supports new IP for the organization to integrate into solution Works with the CLO on strategy for client-facing products like modules, reports, learning tools Collaborates alongside engineers, editors, writers, producers, project managers and other team members to produce content
Qualifications and Skills
Advance degree, Ph.D.

preferred, in social science with emphasis on diversity, equity, inclusion, organizational development, psychology, or learning Experience in public speaking, presentations, and writing at scale across diverse audiences for-profit, nonprofit, government, and educational institutions 1-3 years of experience in project management, research design (full study life-cycle), and publication process Mastery in program evaluation, synthesizing data, conducting assessments, and translating key takeaways Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and anticipate needs
