This position plays a critical role in our corporate office working to maintain a high-energy atmosphere inside the Judgement Free Zone®.Essential Duties and Responsibilities ADMINISTRATIVE
· Answer all incoming departmental phone calls
· Manage Bankruptcy notices from members
· Manage subpoena’s for members
· Order all supplies for entire office (office supplies and Kitchen)
· Manages First Aid Supply Kits for clubs CUSTOMER SERVICE
· Manage online feedback and member survey, answer and distribute to appropriate club Manager, Regional Manager or Regional director
· Manage/Review and answer Better Business Bureau, Ansira and Corporate customer complaints in a timely manner.

REPORTING
· Review and Balance the daily Balance sheet from Club managers
· Manages Quarterly Bonus numbers for Managers
· Manage files for re-sub process with ABC Vendor
· Manage PFU, PEPF, Info Call, DBS Reporting
· Update Sharepoint files for Operations teams
· PEPF schedule implementation in ABC
· New Product implementation in ABC CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS
· Manager administration of ‘Silver Sneakers’, ‘Silver and Fit’, Gympass, Renew Active programs
· Main Contact for setups/reporting/Password resets and Portal
· Manage Monthly revenue reporting of above programs
· Assist with Agreements and set ups of corporate memberships
· Manage monthly reporting of corporate membership program TRAINING PLATFORMS
· Management of PFU learning platform.

Troubleshot questions and generate weekly reporting to highlight status completion.
