Online Warehouse Team Captain Job Summary: 5Bs is looking for an ambitious and hard-working individual, with excellent leadership skills.
Speed and accuracy are a must.

We offer a competitive wage and benefits package Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned as directed by management Pick merchandise accurately in warehouse and transport to packing area Pack merchandise in appropriate packaging for shipment.
Receive product and verify contents Count and stock merchandise based on inventory control log Unload containers of product and restock shelves Identify damaged, lost or missing merchandise and notify supervisor immediately Ship merchandise to customers In Addition the Team Captain will: Report progress updates to Department Supervisor at regular intervals throughout the shift.
Identify and correct problem areas, recommend and implement adjustments to maintain production levels.
Coordinate with Department Supervisor to set and follow through with goals.
Schedule breaks for the department to maximize productivity.
Monitor and maintain quality standards by determining job procedures are being followed.
Train ,or assist in training and developing new or veteran employees and provide requested observations for individual performance evaluations.
Monitor and maintain all safety procedures and guidelines.
Perform any other assigned duties as directed by upline management.
