Position:
- Full Time.
- Monday – Friday.
- 10:00am – 6:00pm.
- Hourly Rate $15.00 – $17.00 an hour depending on experience.
What we are looking for: Office/Data Entry/Inventory Clerk.
Job Description includes:
- Collecting information from customers and clients.
- Entering data into the central database.
- Transferring physical records into a digital filing system.
- Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary.
- Indexing and filing invoices.
- Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system.
- Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records.
- Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies.
- Preparing or processing invoices or estimates.
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping and banking tasks.
- Packaging and shipping company materials.
- Assisting other departments as needed.
