We are looking for an Office clerk to work in our downtown LA Fish location.
The clerk will be responsible for tasks assigned to them by their office manager or other department employees.
Most of these tasks involve working with company documents and internal and external communications.
Responsibilities * Answering telephone calls and emails and redirecting them to other employees when appropriate.* Data/ Order Entry* Order and keep track of office supplies* Create documents, maintaining a database, and sending memos and emails* Collecting, filing, and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records* Preparing or processing invoices or estimates* Sorting and delivering incoming mail and collecting and sending memos and emails.
