Office Clerk Automotive/Salvage

Must be able to mutli-task and have great attendance Essential Job Duties:
– Assist our customers that come in to sell their cars.

Provide price quotes & ensure proper documents are provided for the DMV department.

– Receive vehicles into our car buy system.

Ensure all documents provided are correct and filled out completely.

– Prepare necessary paperwork for shipments of any material that leaves our facility on a bill of lading.

– Ensure all paperwork is organized & submitted to our DMV department on a daily basis.

– Answer incoming phone calls and direct/transfer those calls to the appropriate person.

– Issue out checks to customers who are selling their vehicles to us.

– Issue out checks to accounts whose vehicle was picked up by our tow driver.
