Position Summary Details
The Parking Office Clerk is responsible for performing general office duties.
Essential Functions
Document incoming and outgoing items
Keep a tidy and organized work area
Maintain stock of shop supplies
Provide customer support
Responsibilities
Answer a multi line phone with a friendly and courteous demeanor
Provide customer service to clients and customers
Provide cashier services as needed
Must be able to multitask when needed
Support other personnel as required
Qualifications
One year of similar experience preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office
Must be Fully vaccinated for Covid 19
