Description: Our client is currently seeking a Market Researcher
Position Description:
– The YouTube Brand Consumer Insights Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the YouTube Brand Insights team, specifically in helping to organize and facilitate successful research studies that inform and measure the impact of YouTube’s marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for operational efforts to help the Brand Insights team run smoothly and continue producing high quality work across multiple insight streams. In addition, this role will help coordinate research studies and assist with extracting actionable insights that will shape marketing and communications to better resonate with the YouTube’s audiences.
Mandatory:
– BBA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
– 3-5 years of insights and marketing research experience
– Must have experience with project managing research studies (both qual and quant), strong data analysis and data storytelling skills
– Excellent working knowledge of research design and methods (IDIs, focus groups, surveys, statistical analyses, etc.) and when to apply them
Desired:
– Demonstrated skills in project management, stakeholder management, and process flow
– Experience with YouTube’s target audience and competitive set
– Research experience working for a major media, entertainment, or tech company, or research agency
– Ability to link insights to strategy and translate complex ideas into simple and intuitive communications
– Proactive, decisive, and flexible, able to operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment
