Job duties include: Mail Handling
– Open, sort, log, and route mail to the right teamMail Scanning
– Scan mail to capture the imagesMail Quality Control
– Review for accuracy of routing to correct teamSome activities may involve working with /debugging printers and other office machineryData entry tasks using Excel and other systems where accuracy will be keyFiling of company records in company libraryRole RequirementsMust have the ability to lift up to 50 poundsAvailability for a shift time between 7-9 AM CT Monday-FridayOvertime is limited and typically offered on a voluntary basisBasic QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of experience working in an office or corporate environment performing mailroom scanning, sorting and/or data entry activitiesPreferred SkillsPrevious mail room /scanning / data entry experienceExperience with MS Word and ExcelExcellent reading comprehensionCustomer-service experienceAs required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
