We are seeking a fun-loving and hard-working logistics professional to join our team.

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day flow of orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure smooth, accurate and timely transactions for our customers.

Based within the Operations department, this position is a cross-functional role that interfaces directly with our Customer Service and Technology teams.

The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in recognizing issues, researching root causes, identifying and executing solutions, and recommending system and process improvements where needed.

Responsibilities and Duties  include, but are not limited to, the follow:

  • Review and maintain daily fulfillment dashboards, working to resolve any issues discovered in the process.
  • Research and resolve fulfillment-related cases brought forth by the Customer Service team.
  • Manage various sales channel responsibilities, including order entry, returns management, and EDI or retailer-specific system transactions.
  • Document and manage cases that require escalation to the Director of Logistics or technology teams.
  • Perform logistics-related billing and accounting processes, including reconciling invoices and filing shipment claims/disputes.
  • Interface directly with the Customer Service, Technology, and Farms teams, as well as 3rd Party fulfillment and freight partners.
  • Participate in various Operations projects and provide team support as needed.
  • Prepare and update reports and analyses on Logistics-related KPIs.

Required Experience and Qualification

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or sales support.
  • Must have strong computer system and software skills; strong Excel, MS Office, and Google Business Suite skills desired.
  • Experience working with small-parcel carriers (i.e., FedEx, UPS, USPS) desired.
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and self-starting.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills.
