Adecco is currently assisting a local client in the Downtown LA area recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator. $25/hr. DOE. Mon- Fri 8am-5pm This is a long-term temp to hire assignment.
Will start out as remote but move to in-office position.
They are looking for an ambitious individual who is innovative, forward thinking, resourceful and a team-player. You’ll need to be passionate about the cannabis industry and culture. This is a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and will require detailed work in the role of a Logistics Coordinator in the Supply Chain department.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Coordinate outgoing domestic parcel and LTL, and occasionally international orders.
Interact with 3rd party fulfillment services, small parcel carriers, warranty orders, eCommerce orders, and returns.
Ensure correctness of shipping documentation for outgoing shipping
Resolve or report issues as they arise, working with the extended shipping and ops team
Sustain and strengthen customer loyalty through the accurate, timely, and complete delivery of all outgoing customer orders.
Review and respond to customer inquiries; provide confirmation of delivery as needed to comply with credit card authorizations and retail customers.
Assist in processes to manage freight and logistics claims
Required Experience:
2 – 5 years of progressive experience in eCommerce and B2B fulfillment and logistics.
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred) or equivalent experience.
Experienced working with 3rd party fulfillment providers
Shopify and general shipping platform experience preferred.
Domestic LTL and parcel shipping and tracking experience
