Kitting Department Description -Able to place eyeglass and accessories in box and package to ship -Ability to work in a fast-paced high-speed environment and follow standardized work -Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials -Prepare items to be sent to shipping Qualifications: -Understand and be able to communicate in English -Be able to work in a team setting or on your own with minimal direction -Great attendance history -Ability to stand on feet for entire shift -Ability to work in a fast pace environment Mounting Department Description -Able to place eyeglass lenses in frame and package in box -Ability to work in a fast-paced high-speed environment and follow standardized work -Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials -Prepare items to be sent to shipping Qualifications: -Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time -Understand and be able to communicate in English -Be able to work in a team setting or on your own with minimal direction The pay rate for these roles is $13.20
