Here’s what you’ll be doing:Responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff as neededAssist with filing of paperwork and documents per request of the Office ManagerVerifying the accuracy of documentsPreparing and mailing accounts payable checksOther accounting duties as assignedProvide backup to other staff as necessary and as assigned by the direct supervisor Here’s what you’ll need:1 year of experience in a dealership position is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office software products highly preferredWillingness and desire to learnMust have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and informationMust be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.SHigh School Diploma or equivalent, higher education preferred We are an Equal Opportunity Employer(( We Hear You ))
