WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Thrive Causemetics is on the hunt for an organized and energized giving logistics coordinator eager to dive in and help support and fulfill our Giving mission!
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
● A point of contact for all in-kind Giving Partners to answer questions, coordinate donations + supporting marketing materials.
● Work with the Legal Team and Giving Partners to ensure Partner Gift Agreements are signed.
● Work with Operations Team and Giving Partners to manage the entire flow of product donations from maintaining inventory numbers, processing donations to final delivery.
● Manage library of all Giving related marketing assets.
● Assist in the creation and presentation of Giving content to share internally and externally.
● Responsible for managing all Giving related reporting including, implementing monthly and annual order forecasting.
● Coordinate the planning of all Giving Events including but not limited to partnership identification, coordinating volunteers, makeup artists, venue, team participation and product logistics.
● Track all Giving inventory, shipping costs, invoices, and confirmations of receipt with Giving Partners.
● Curating care packages and special gifts/surprises for Giving Partners as requested.
● Maintaining organization of in-office Giving inventory, reordering supplies and/or products as necessary.
● Any other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
● Passionate about the Thrive Causemetics brand and mission
● Must be located in Los Angeles, will have to report to the office monthly (at a minimum)
● Strong problem solving ability + customer service focused
● Proficient in Excel, must be able to run and create reports without supervision
● Exceptional analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions and problem-solving
● Excellent communication and collaboration – both written and verbal
● Comfortable with public speaking
● Willingness to learn and grow; can-do attitude meaning willing to dive in and figure things out
● Self motivated, takes initiative and ownership with assigned projects
● Detail oriented with experience managing multiple projects at one time
● Strong problem solving ability + customer service focused
● Strong organizational ability and flexible in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment
Experience Preferred
● Experience in event planning or the Giving space
● Experience working with Asana preferred
