This General Office Clerk role is a short-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity in the Los Angeles, California area, and will be responsible for performing various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work.

Major responsibilities

– Exercise prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence

– Handle support of diverse projects for other employees as necessary

– Deliver warm, hospitable customer service accurately according to appropriate time frames

– Offer a warm face for customers

– Answer telephone calls and manage outgoing ones as well

– Exercise proper data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying, and faxing

– Supporting front desk and receptionist duties

Job Requirements:
– Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work

– Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

– Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel

– Microsoft Word experience preferred

– Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

– 3+ years of Office Clerk experience at minimum suggested

– High school diploma or its equivalent is required

– Familiar with handling office equipment

– Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
