Fleet Maintenance Clerk’s/Office Assistant’s Needed

GROWING AND DYNAMIC Logistics/Transportation company is looking to hire MULTIPLE Fleet Maintenance Clerk’s/Office Assistant’s to support multiple divisions of the company Hours: 6:30am-3pm Previous experience with LTL, FTL, harbor drayage, trucking, warehousing, distribution or 3PL (third-party logistics) background is a plus BUT NOT REQUIREDJob Duties: -Responsible for generating and processing purchase orders, and repair orders for unit repairs.

-Run various reports on a weekly basis-scanning/ indexing inspection reports-Looking up information into computer database and file searches-Meters mail, prints email, and email outlook correspondence-Perform data entry, answering phones and directing phone calls-Recognize and resolve documentation errors-Assist customers with billing and invoicing questions-File, scan, fax, file, copy, respond to emails, make appointmentsQualifications/Skills:-High School Diploma or equivalent.-Degree is a plus-Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel-Must be detail oriented and accurate-Must have good communication skills -Ability to multi-task -Strong customer service-Ability to interact with managers, and vendors-Good writing skills for e-mails-Data entry and 10 key-Works well under pressureApply for this great position as Fleet Maintenance Clerk’s/Office Assistant’s Needed today For immediate consideration forward resume as a word document.
