The position requires someone who is self-motivated, willing to work as a team player, works efficiently and has attention to detail.RESPONSIBILITIESProcess sales orders through fax in, website or email.Process requests from outside sales representatives and internal staff which include sales order update, customer information update, create excel reports, report of any discrepancy of sales orders or pricing, and etc.Process new customer accounts and update related information.Process invoices including data entry, invoice printing, and email invoice copies.Process EDI related documents including sales orders, invoices, ASN, and alert any discrepancy to immediate supervisor.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and EXPERIENCE1 year of data entry experience.Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word Processing.Must be able to multitask.Able to travel for trade shows.Great attention to detail, neat and organized and excellent communication skills.Strong alpha-numeric data entry skill and fast typing with minimum 45 words per minute.Ability to work effectively under supervision and follow specific guidelines.Solid problem solving skills.
EDUCATIONHigh School graduate or higher.
