•High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
•Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Intermediate knowledge of emailing systems.
•Intermediate Computer skills such as typing, navigating internet and/or multiple windows, computerized note taking and processing in multiple internal systems.
Intermediate mathematical skills
•Intermediate verbal communication with internal/external partners.
Intermediate written communication via fax or email with internal/external partners.
•Proven customer service skills for internal partners for discussion, problem solving and follow up.
Detail-oriented, positive attitude, accountable, ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, punctual and takes initiative to complete assigned tasks.
