Reports to the Enterprise Data Steward and is responsible for inputting data into the product enterprise application.
Operate as data point owner to ensure accuracy and consistency of product master data.
This position has a high degree of interaction and collaboration of product setup and maintenance with Product Development, Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Aftermarket, Service, and Finance.
Key Attributes: Strong PC skills utilizing Microsoft Office software Extremely detail oriented with the ability to independently resolve mistakes Excellent organization and follow-through skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to build and maintain good rapport with coworkers and handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment Strong team player who is comfortable working with multiple functional areas Responsibilities: Input data from multiple sources into the enterprise resource planning platform (ERP), including (but not limited to) setup of new products, routes thru product realization, hierarchy setup/maintenance, quality control points, phase in phase out, alternate routings entry and bill of material substitutions Ensure data consistency by taking ownership and being proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement Update and manage product master data elements; including new product rollout and carryover products maintaining style, SKU, and attributes to ensure alignment with the product life cycle Other responsibilities would include but are not limited to, data analysis, data cleansing, and data research Qualifications: Minimum 2 years’ experience in data entry or related office experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Experience in manufacturing environment with understanding of business processes and background in data analysis preferred
