Data Entry Clerk

Adecco is assisting a local non-profit organization recruit for a Data Entry Clerk in the DTLA area.

This is a temporary assignment.

Mon – Fri 9-5(35hr work week) with a pay rate of $20/hr.

Job duties:
Work with nine Stay Housed LA legal service providers to clean and update their internal client data;

Maintain database by entering and updating client information;

Transfer data from paper format into database system;

Perform data verification, analysis and cleanup of case management system;

Identify duplicate records in database and correct data record; and

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum of one year data processing and analysis experience;

Computer data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy;

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Docs and Sheets;

Ability to maintain confidential information

Proof of vaccination
