Data Entry Clerk

The “ Data Entry Clerk ” performs a variety of clerical and entry-level bookkeeping and accounting tasks.

Essential Task

  • Process purchase orders
  • Make sure weekly checks are mailed out on time
  • Checks received for deposit are done daily
  • Update the Excel worksheet daily with deposits received for the day
  • Assemble booklets for board meetings on a quarterly basis
  • Assist with the filing of 1099s
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Experience

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one to three years of experience in office environment
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Sage Intacct knowledge is a plus
  • Great time management skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Must type at least 35 wpm and proficient in 10-key
