The “ Data Entry Clerk ” performs a variety of clerical and entry-level bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
Essential Task
- Process purchase orders
- Make sure weekly checks are mailed out on time
- Checks received for deposit are done daily
- Update the Excel worksheet daily with deposits received for the day
- Assemble booklets for board meetings on a quarterly basis
- Assist with the filing of 1099s
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one to three years of experience in office environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Sage Intacct knowledge is a plus
- Great time management skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Must type at least 35 wpm and proficient in 10-key
