Robert Half is seeking a Billing Clerk who knows how to keep things organized and has an attention to detail. As a Billing Clerk, your daily duties will consist of reviewing bills and compiling data into spreadsheets and accounting software. How you will make an impact
– Review, evaluate, and process bills or invoices for services rendered
– Institute financial procedures and controls
– Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data consistency and excellence
– Assess billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, tracking down missing or correct data when necessary
Job Requirements:
– Billing experience
– Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
– Completely competent in working with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
– Excellent data entry skills
