Primarily responsible for the inventory control system, maintaining product data and bills of material.
Audits WMS, inventories and processes for the customer and warehouse.
Maintains product information system data.
Reviews and analyzes the results of operations, reporting the results to management and provides management with important information.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Attendance is an essential function of this job.
· Review and apply inventory transactions such as movements, deletions, and rework
· Prepare invoices related to inventory transactions such as, rework, recoup and projects.
· Manage errors created by scaling and scanning systems
· Reconcile inventory discrepancies, perform cycle counts for inventory items in warehouse
· Identify orphaned or missing products
· Provide statistics, metrics and other information on inventory processes
· Audit inventories and processes
· Maintain product data
· Create records for new items
· Maintain product specifications and list of acceptable substitutions
· Maintain product bills of materials, product label information
· Maintain and update tare information
· Performs general warehouse duties as assigned
· Punctuality and regular attendance is mandatory QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: 1.
Position typically requires a high school diploma with 2 years of experience.
2.
Working knowledge of inventory transactions, product specifications, bills of materials and WMS required.
3.
Working knowledge of data collection, and data analysis required.
4.
Ability to work with all levels of management required.
5.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills required, including the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
