AR Clerk

About the Company and Opportunity:

  • Our client is hiring a temporary AP clerk for their office in Los Angeles.
  • This assignment is contractual and does not have a set end date.
  • The AP clerk will work in a fast paced, casual environment with a supportive team preparing and processing AP invoices, filing, doing data entry, and other administrative work.

Overview of the Accounts Payable Clerk role:

  • Recent accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
  • Ability to work full time M-F 8-5 in office
  • Must be able to start immediately and candidates must be local

Ideal Candidate for this Position:

  • The accounts payable clerk must have exceptional organizational, time management, communication, and customer service skills
  • Has the ability to process a high volume of invoices
  • Able to build and maintain rapport with internal staff and clients
  • Possesses excellent problem solving and decision making skills and is able to work in high pressure situations
  • Has a positive attitude and is willing to take on any challenge

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Clerk:

  • 1+ years’ accounts payable experience.
  • Intermediate Excel experience required.
  • No degree required.
