The primary responsibility of this position is to be fully trained to serve as a back-up to the Inventory Coordinator, the Logistics Supervisor, and the Receiving Coordinator.

There are a number of tasks associated with each of these positions that must be processed on a daily basis.

This person will be responsible to address these tasks when the incumbent in the position has a day off.

This position is also responsible to perform all of the tasks associated with Material Handler II position.Rate of PayThe Logistics Team Lead position starts at $21.50/hr.

During our busy season, there is plenty of overtime available.

We work 1-2 Saturdays a month depending on customer demand.

Busy season is typically August-December but is subject to change based on production needs.The LocationWe are located at 51 Scarborough Lane, Milford, NH.

This position is onsite.

You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs independently.

Schedule all inbound deliveries.

Generate pallet tags and process system receipts.

Document all exceptions.Serve as the back-up to the Logistics Supervisor to create the “staging books” and to coordinate the staging of materials for production.

Responsible to keep all lines properly stockedServe as the back-up to the Inventory Coordinator.

Capable of processing all system transactions to support the daily cycle count program.Perform the daily safety audit of building 3 and complete the Daily Safety ChecklistStage product for productionReceive product on inbound deliveriesPerform the “return to stock” task, including all system transactionsCoordinate the inventory consolidation process on a weekly basisDefine bin location in which to store newly received product.

Capable to perform all the job responsibilities of the Material Handler II position.Maintain all 5S defined areas in good working orderUse material handling equipment such as hand/powered pallet jacks, and fork trucks Maintain proper documentation and records using various paper forms and computer systemsFollows and complies with all safety rules and regulations.

Maintains individual work area/equipment in a neat, orderly manner.

Detects and reports improper operations, faulty equipment/ tooling, defective materials and unusual conditions to supervisor.

Perform other duties as directed.
