Job DescriptionJob Description: Customer Service Oriented Prefer SAP knowledge, logistics background in warehousing, inventory control or shipping.

Heavy email, data entry, paperwork scanning, and manual paperwork archives.

Interact with Management and Suppliers to support 3PL Logistics Track Shipments Via Multiple Forwarder, Carrier, Parcel Websites Heavy Email Traffic Data Entry and Spreadsheet work Put together weekly metrics for Hot Spots Maintain Cost Avoidance Spreadsheet for all manual domestic spot quotes Maintain building logistics playbook for all receiving docs (Contact List
– Including escalation contacts for 1st and 2nd shift, plus weekend contacts and weekend escalations) Monitor Weather disruptions, maintain tracking spreadsheets, and report daily to senior management Be Proactive rather than reactive This outsource resource will accurately enter information into various computer programs, organizing files and collect data to enter into the computer, analyze the data for errors and report problems with the data.

Executes special research and data analysis tasks.

Runs reports and ensures data accuracy.

Participates in creating and/or creates departmental procedures and documentation.

Performs other special project work
