Overview:Responsible for handling the logistics of a variety of production and material operations and coordinating incoming and outgoing shipment activities, to ensure effective production operations and optimize procedures.
Responsibilities:Print shipping schedulesData entry with shipping documents and inventory transactionsPrint and distribute loading paperworkMaintain receiving logs and shipping logs through ExcelGenerate daily reports using Excel, etc.Receive inventoryCoordinate loading and unloading of freightSchedule receiving appointmentsAdhere to all safety requirementsMust understand the company’s commitment to food, safety, quality, and continuous improvement as outlined in the Adirondack Beverages Safety and Quality Policy and to understand the responsibility for carrying out the outlined principles as an expectation of the job.Must understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and to ensure GMP compliance of fellow employees.Responsible for Food Safety and Food Quality Minimum Requirements: Proficient with Microsoft officeAble to generate and publish multiple reportsMust be able to work in a busy environmentGood data entry and communication skills
