American Supply Co., a packaging distributor, is looking for an “Accounts Receivable Clerk” to join the accounting team.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Creating New Customer Accounts in System as well as checking credit for open terms.
Preparing Daily Deposit(s), including posting all accounts receivable payments in system
Order approval when necessary
Credit and Collections of accounts receivable
AR/AP Offsets
Create Credit Memo’s and Adjustments when necessary
Basic Accounting experience is required and knowledge of sub-ledger to general ledger.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multi-task, prioritized, detail oriented as well as hardworking and focused, ability to work independently and in a team environment; excellent verbal and writing skills required.
Bi-lingual (Tagalog) preferred but not required.
