Growing Westwood healthcare company is looking to hire an AP/Office Coordinator.

Duties would include: working with vendors on payment, preparing and emailing invoices to clients and participating in meetings and team trainings.

Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience.

*This position will offer a hybrid remote schedule ( 50/50) after training is completed.**Accounts Payable Clerk Duties** Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for all aspects of accounts payable which includes vendor management, batching, coding, account reconciliation, and assisting in monitoring of A/P SOX controls.* Additionally, this position is responsible for accounts receivable support including client set-up, invoices, journal entries, account tracking and the review of shipments.

The Accounts Payable Clerk ensures that all A/P
– and A/R-related transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.* Additional general administrative tasks and special projects can be assigned as well*Requirements and Qualifications for Accounts Payable Clerk: ** A degree in Finance is required* Must be able to demonstrate expert knowledge of Excel* Successful at prioritizing projects and adapting to changing assignments and deadlines.* Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
