About the Company and Opportunity:
- Our client is hiring a temporary AP clerk for their office in Los Angeles.
- This assignment is contractual and does not have a set end date.
- The AP clerk will work in a fast paced, casual environment with a supportive team preparing and processing AP invoices, filing, doing data entry, and other administrative work.
Overview of the Accounts Payable Clerk role:
- Recent accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
- Ability to work full time M-F 8-5 in office
- Must be able to start immediately and candidates must be local
Ideal Candidate for this Position:
- The accounts payable clerk must have exceptional organizational, time management, communication, and customer service skills
- Has the ability to process a high volume of invoices
- Able to build and maintain rapport with internal staff and clients
- Possesses excellent problem solving and decision making skills and is able to work in high pressure situations
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to take on any challenge
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Clerk:
- 1+ years’ accounts payable experience.
- Intermediate Excel experience required.
- No degree required.
