Spin Mobility is an essential service that provides shared electric scooters in your area, enabling our customers easy access to safe, reliable transportation.
Our Market Operations team is looking for a Shift Lead who loves solving problems, thinking critically, and mentoring a high performing team.
You will plan, monitor, and manage our fleet of electric scooters.
This is a key position to meet goals and continuously improve Spin’s impact in the community.

Responsibilities * Lead a team of drivers to accomplish shift goals* Coordinate daily tasks and rollout new products and features* Be a subject matter expert on Spin operations* Assist with scooter deployment and collection* Report performance to Operations Lead or Manager* Problem solve with other teams to resolve issues that arise* Support operations with fleet deployment and collection, as needed Qualifications * Must be 21 years or older with two years of driving experience* Proficient computer user (systems, dashboards, and spreadsheets)* Ability to lift 50 lb scooters (with or without accommodation)* A valid driver’s license* A smartphone and comfort multitasking with mobile apps Highly Desired * Previous management or dispatch experience* Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize issues* Action and results oriented* Ability to work multiple shifts, includingweekends* Familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods Benefits & Perks (Full-Time only) * Performance bonuses for the month of August 2021* PTO – Accrued Vacation & Sick* Cell Phone Stipend + Commuter Benefits* Medical (Cigna, HSA + Kaiser), Dental (Principle), + Vision (Principle)* Health Savings Account (HSA) + Flexible Spending Account (FSA)* Life Insurance (Lincoln Financial
